“The number of destinations attending THETRADESHOW will help to make it the most diverse travel show in North America,” said ASTA Executive Vice President and COO William A. Maloney, CTC. “Travel agents strive to discover more knowledge on new destinations and to get the buzz out to their clients.”
“The Turkish Culture and Tourism Office is thrilled to be part of THETRADESHOW,” said its Director, Meltem Onhon. “This exhibition gives Turkey the opportunity to showcase its diverse offerings in two continents - Europe and Asia - to travelers, travel agents and travel suppliers.”

“Being part of the launch of THETRADESHOW and furthering our partnership within the industry this September is crucial to Jordan,” said Director for Jordan Tourism Board North America, Malia Asfour. “There will be many opportunities to network, meet the Jordan specialists and learn from other partners, the possibilities are endless.”
“The Cancun Convention and Visitors Bureau will be presenting ‘the new Cancun’ to travel professionals together with the Cancun Hotel Association,” said Promotion Director for Cancun Convention and Visitors Bureau, Jorge Luis Tellez Vignet. “We will be introducing upgraded hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, and all the new gardening and infrastructure we have invested in to feature Cancun as the newest destination on earth with the best quality service.”
"India Tourism is so excited about the THETRADESHOW in Orlando this year, as it will offer a great opportunity for India tourism to network with ASTA members who have been a great support to the destination,” said Director of India Tourism, Venkatesan Dhattareyan. “The U.S. is now a major tourism market for India, accounting for 17 percent of international arrivals to India."
THETRADESHOW will take place the second week of September every year and will be held in Orlando (Sept. 10-12 2006) in even years and Las Vegas (Sept. 9-11, 2007) in odd years.
