Alexandria, Va., May 18, 2006 – THETRADESHOW (Travel Retailing and Destination Expo) is pleased to announce AirTran Airways as the official domestic air carrier of the upcoming show in Orlando Sept. 10-12, 2006. THETRADESHOW will take place the second week of September every year and will be held in Orlando (Sept. 10-12 2006) in even years and Las Vegas (Sept. 9-11, 2007) in odd years. Travel sellers will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with suppliers and to learn in-depth about their products. The three-day, industry-wide event will have two travel industry-only days and will feature a day of one-on-one business appointments. Additionally, one day will be designated for consumers, where both travel sellers and suppliers will have the opportunity to educate the consumer on their businesses and the best way to choose and organize their travel arrangements.
