  Everyone agrees that there are fabulous opportunities for group sales.  However, groups do require some unique skills, knowledge and motivation.  This session will use the dynamics of roundtables and expert insight to give you everything you need to sell groups.
• 4:30pm-5:00pm Hug Your Customer - Cris DeSouza, Celebrity and Azamara 
  No matter what your specialty or niche, we all have one thing in common.  The need for customers to love us!  So we need to know how to love them first and Cris will provide the tools to do just that.
