Q: What is THETRADESHOW?
A: THETRADESHOW -Travel Retailing And Destination Expo - is a three-day event connecting thousands of travel agents and travel suppliers from every segment of the industry in one convenient location.

Q: How does THETRADESHOW differ from other travel trade shows?

Q:  What is included in the base booth purchase?
A:  The purchase of a booth at THETRADESHOW includes:
• Pipe and drape booth frame and ID sign
• Two individual registrations to access networking events, educational seminars & industry sessions
• Your company’s profile on-line and printed in THESHOWBOOK
• Three days of open floor trade show
• One-on-one business appointments with travel retailers including unique match-making technology
• Carpet, 6ft table, table skirt, two chairs, waste basket are included with the additional purchase of the décor package (all booths are required to be carpeted).

Q:  I’d like to educate travel retailers on my product or destination.  What options are available?   
A:  Two options are available: Product Seminar and a Presentation Pavilion.  Product Seminars allow you to hold educational events in private rooms during non-trade show hours.  These intimate 45-minute seminars give travel sellers the opportunity to experience your company or destination in-depth. Introduce new products or specials to a targeted group who have chosen to learn more about your company / destination.  Your seminar will be promoted on-line and in THESHOWBOOK.  Space is limited and these will sell out. 
Engage audiences on your own personal stage – right on the trade show floor with the Presentation Pavilion. Drive traffic to your booth and create an impression in a lively and entertaining way.  Cultural dances, regional music, artists displays, destination imagery or product demonstrations – there’s no limit!

Q:  In addition to my booth in the exhibition, what opportunities are available to increase my exposure?

Q:  How can I share my booth with another company? 
A:  Only one company can occupy an individual booth. By inviting your partners to join you, you can create a bigger presence and save money. Special pricing has been developed for destinations and tourism organizations to encourage partner participation. With the minimum purchase of six booths, that space can be shared with up to nine companies.
