There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $15.00 USD for tickets
purchased via the phone or $20.00 USD for tickets purchased at the
airport. This amount is subject to change. At this time there is no ticketing
fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. The percentage
discount can be booked on-line at www.AA.com for American Airlines and
American Eagle flights only.
For International originating guests, call local reservations number and
refer to Promotion Code.
IMPORTANT: Please include your Authorization Number in the Tour Code
box of all tickets issued for this group. See attached agreement for
specific instructions.

- Valid for percentage discount travel from all markets where American
Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection Service and all oneworld
Alliance Partners (collectively "American Airlines") provide service for
US/CAN, Puerto Rico, USVI, Bahamas, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Europe,
Pacific, Mexico and Latin America point of sale only.
- The percentage discount can be booked on-line at www.aa.com for AA/AE
flights only. Use the authorization number noted above as the aa.com
promotion code. Certain restrictions apply.
- Not valid for use in conjunction with any other discounted type fare, i.e.
Senior, Child, Mlty./Govt., non-discountable excursion fares.
- Discounts will apply to discountable fares where American Airlines,
American Airlines codeshare, or oneworld alliance partners are involved.
AA must be the governing carrier.
- The use of American Airlines codeshare will require that one segment of
the itinerary be on AA metal. This does not apply where travel is wholly on
Alaska Airlines within the US.
- Discounts not valid on Zone fares.
** RESERVATION/BOOKING REQUIREMENTS **
Reservations/Bookings created by any agency under the terms of this
agreement must have the following statement, including your contract
Authorization Number, in the General Facts field of the PNR: AA
CONTRACT BOOKING AXXXXXX. Failure to provide this information will
result in auto-cancellation of unticketed space.
Example: "AA Contract Booking AXXXXXX"
** SPECIAL CONDITIONS **
- Freesell bookings only; Name change allowed with 100.00USD/107.00CAD
GMT change fee. Name change must be made, documented and re-ticketed
at least 48 hours prior to airport arrival.
** CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS **
- Reservations created specifically for this agreement may be Claimed once
the authorization number has been assigned. Agencies ticketing on Sabre
may Claim once the PNR is created.
- Pre-reserve seats, names and electronic ticketing will be done by the
agency who Claims the record.
- Do not remove or alter the corporate name field.
- Itinerary changes, other than simple schedule changes, must be done by
American Airlines Group & Meeting Travel.
** TICKETING INSTRUCTIONS **
- The authorization number must appear in the tour code box.
- Failure to enter the correct authorization number in the tour code box will
result in an incorrect passenger count and a debit memo.
- Use of the Authorization Number provided by AA Group & Meeting Travel
constitutes an understanding of the terms and conditions required to apply
group pricing.
- The dollar value of the ticket must appear on all coupons of every ticket
when travel is within the US50/Canada only.
- The following must appear in the endorsement box of all tickets issued
against this fare: VALID AA/OAL, NONENDO/NONTRANSFER. Tickets must
be plated on American Airlines ticket stock.
- Electronic ticketing must be issued for all eligible itineraries, otherwise a
paper ticket fee will apply.
- Tickets may be purchased through the official agency, or by calling AA
Meeting Services at 1-800-433-1790. For AA ticketing the form of payment
must be money order, certified/cashier check, valid credit card and a
separate ticketing fee will apply.
- Other airline segments must be ticketed separately unless otherwise
noted in contract.
- AADVANTAGE members may accrue mileage on American Airlines for
tickets purchased at contracted rates. For the rules of mileage accrual on
partner airlines, please check with the AADVANTAGE Department.
- Electronic and Monetary upgrades to Business or First class are allowed
after ticketing. Certificate award upgrades to Business or First are allowed
based on AADVANTAGE certificate guidelines.
- Circle trips, stopovers, open returns, and open jaws are allowed based
upon fare rules unless otherwise noted in the contract. Travel Agency
prepaids are allowed.
- In the event your group does not meet the required minimum size, they
will be considered individual travelers and must be ticketed at the current
published fare for which they qualify.
- Contact your Ticketing Help Desk for any ticketing instructions.
** TICKET REFUNDS/CANCELLATION **
- For percentage off applicable fares all tariff rules apply.
** CONTRACTOR/AGENCY AGREES **
- To inform passengers that all taxes, fees, and charges (any related
penalties and interest) imposed on any portion of passengers travel are the
responsibility of passenger, regardless of the date of purchase or travel, or
any retroactive imposition of such taxes, fees, charges, penalties, and
interest. These taxes and fees will be collected at time of ticketing or at
time of departure.
- All excess, oversized, and/or overweight baggage and equipment fees
apply and may not necessarily travel with group. Any questions regarding
baggage and/or equipment should be directed to AA Meeting Services at 1-
800-433-1790. Certain aircraft limitations may apply.
- Contractor/Agency assumes full responsibility for disclosing and
obtaining customer acceptance for any agency handling or processing fees
added at time of ticketing.
